This move utilises the target's physical Defense stat when calculating the damage it deals to the target, rather than Special Defense. Despite this, damage it deals is still reduced by Light Screen, and not by Reflect.
This move also has a 20% chance of lowering both the target's Defense and Special Defence stats one stage each if it successfully deals damage. In a triple battle, this move may target anyone facing or adjacent to the user. This move is the signature move of Psiturn, and is not available for use in other suggestions' movelists. |
